Arsenal Soccer School Cyprus is looking for new coaches to join its expanding coaching staff. The increased needs of the official Arsenal academy in Cyprus -which features a school at the Keravnos sporting centre in Strovolos and will soon open a second school at The Grammar School Nicosia – has propelled the management of Arsenal Cyprus to search for new coaches.
The new members of the coaching staff must be in a position to adapt and follow the moto ‘Play The Arsenal Way™’, which is a key component in the philosophy of all the London club’s academies worldwide. All coaching instructions, for the Cypriot academy and its international branches, come straight from London.
The new coaches that will be hired by Arsenal Cyprus will be put under the guidance of Technical Director, Ara Bedrossian. At least one of the vacant positions will be covered by a head coach, who needs to be at least an UEFA B diploma carrier, with youth coaching experience and knowledge of Greek and English.
Also, coach positions are available, which are open for UEFA C diploma carriers, with any youth coaching experience considered an extra asset.
Ara Bedrossian spoke about the job vacancies in Arsenal Cyprus: “We are looking to expand our coaching staff with qualified and experienced coaches. Besides the attractive salary and benefits, we also offer the coaches free educational courses in Cyprus and abroad from Arsenal head coaches.”
