A kiosk owner was attacked and robbed of €3,000 on Sunday evening in Limassol.
The man had closed his kiosk at around 9.15pm and was on the way to his car when he was reportedly attacked by a hooded person.
The attacker grabbed the bag the 62-year-old kiosk owner was holding and fled.
The bag contained €3,000 and two mobile phones. The two phones were later found 50 metres from the scene of the robbery.
Following the attack the victim was transferred to Limassol general hospital where he received first aid and was released.
