Larnaca to host mass wedding ceremony

A mass civil marriage ceremony involving 100 Russian and Israeli couples will be held in Larnaca on Friday.

The ceremony will take place at the medieval castle square at 4pm.

It is organised by the municipality and the Larnaca tourist development and promotion company in cooperation with Israel-based travel organiser Natan Uretsky.

The couples, along with relatives and other guests, will arrive in Larnaca by ship from Haifa.
