Car arson

Police are investigating a case of arson after a car valued at €10,000 was completely destroyed by a fire in Limassol on Tuesday morning.

According to a police press officer the fire was spotted at around 2.30am by the car owner. The car was parked in the backyard of the man’s home. Members of the fire service arrived on the scene and extinguished the blaze.

Damage was also done to an outer wall of the house.

Limassol CID is investigating the case.
