PwC presents new technology consulting microsite

PwC Cyprus has recently launched its new technology consulting microsite focusing on supporting businesses to identify and solve IT related challenges and understand the strategic potential of Information Technology.

“Companies that understand the strategic potential of Information Technology (IT) integrate IT in all aspects of their operations,” PwC said in an announcement.

To drive value from technology, companies need to transform the way IT works for them, reducing costs, increasing efficiency and making it easier for their IT function to respond to the needs of the organisation, the announcement said.

“The potential of IT to transform business is enormous,” said Christos Tsolakis, risk assurance consulting partner at PwC Cyprus.

“Technology can be the basis of competitive advantage which will help to address the challenges of the current economic environment. Organisations that will not gain from the benefits of Technology and do not address the information and security risks, may inevitably be affected by operational, reputation, trust and brand value issues,” he added.
