Kiosk robbed at knifepoint

A 26-YEAR-OLD kiosk employee was robbed at knifepoint on Tuesday, police said.

According to the employee’s report, a man walked into the Nicosia kiosk in the afternoon, waiving a knife about and demanding money. He made off with €900.

The 26-year-old said he was around 1.80m tall, and wore white trousers, black sweatshirt with a hood and black gloves.
