Burglary in Limassol

More than €70,000 worth of cash and jewellery were stolen from a house in Limassol on Wednesday evening, police said.

A 40-year-old man reported to police that between 7.15pm and 8.30pm on Wednesday his house had been broken into, with €5,800 in cash and €69,750 worth of jewellery and watches taken. Limassol CID is investigating.
