Teens caught driving illegally

Two 16-year-old boys were arrested during the early hours of Friday after they were caught driving illegally, and for possessing stolen goods, police said.

At around 12.30am officers stopped a vehicle being driven by one of the teens. Two passengers were in the vehicle and after it came to a standstill, one of them ran off, police said.

The driver and remaining passenger, also 16, were nabbed by officers.
