The girl on the EKO 7000 help line was more than helpful when a pump failed to give me €20 of petrol – she went out of her way and arranged, for the money to be at a EKO petrol station near my home – even calling me again to make sure I’d got it . That’s good service. I sent an email to EKO and their response was: ‘Thank you very much for your email. I promise we will find her and praise her. Thank you very much for reporting it’
Result: another EKO customer.
