Bailed-in depositors should turn to government, EU, not to the BoC, Ross says

Bank of Cyprus vice chairman Wilbur Ross said that depositors at the lender who lost part of their deposits last year when it was converted into equity as part of Cyprus’s bailout terms should complain at the government or the European Union, as investors who participated in the latest capital increase were not involved in that decision.
