Bank of Cyprus shares will resume trading on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) on December 16.
According to a CSE announcement the shares will be traded on the Main Market with new code ISIN CY0104810110, under the codes ΤΡΚΥ/ BOCY. The opening price was set by the company at €0.24. The total share capital amounts to 8,922,377,345 shares.

The trading of Bank of Cyprus` shares was suspended in March 2013, following a bailout that featured a conversion of unsecured deposits to equity to recapitalise the bank. Bank of Cyprus entered a resolution process, which saw the bank absorb assets of Laiki Bank, the island`s second largest lender which has been wound down. (CNA)
