It’s a woman’s world

By Maria Gregoriou

With international woman’s day just gone, issues of women in the workforce and women’s rights are very much in the public eye, so what better month for the YinAlithiea – Cyprus Women’s Conference to be held at the Elias Beach Hotel in Limassol.

This weekend the conference, which will be under the auspices of first lady Andri Anastasiades, will offer all women the chance to support each other and share their experiences.

Saturday will be more geared towards support on a personal level, and on career and business development. Sunday steps away from the career woman and looks more towards each woman’s health by focusing on her wellbeing and needs.

A total of 12 key note speakers will inspire the audience with their drive and success. Also the two-day event will include a series of island wide free talks and workshops on independence and motherhood, and on how to have a powerful relationship with yourself and your life. The organisers also have a few surprise performances up their sleeve and a few gifts to give all attendees.

If this all sounds great but you are stuck for a baby sitter, the hotel will have a baby sitter on call.
