Government spokesman heads for the US

Government Spokesman Nicos Christodoulides left on Tuesday for the US where he will meet with officials  in Washington and then with UN officials in New York, and with the leadership of the Cypriot Diaspora.

In Washington, the spokesman will attend a working breakfast with members of think tanks and political analysts, and will have separate meetings with members of the National Security Council,  William Tuttle, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State responsible for European and Eurasian Affairs,  Amanda Sloat and the Director of the US Vice President’s Office Mike Carpenter.
