Road closures due to Limassol Marathon on Sunday

Organisers of the Limassol Marathon, which takes place on Sunday announced on Friday that the seafront road along the race course from the Le Meridien Hotel up to the New Port Traffic Lights would be closed to vehicular traffic as follows:

  • From Old Port/Spyrou Araouzou to Georgiou A and Panayioti Tsangari Ηours 8:30-14:00
  • From Georgiou A and Panayioti Tsangari to B1 motorway/Le Meridien Ηours 9:30-12:30
  • From Old Port/Spyrou Araouzou to New Port Omonoias/Franglinou Roosevelt Hours 9:00-13:00

The organisers said to reduce any possible problems or confusion that might occur due to the seafront road closure, people should inform colleagues, staff, suppliers, or travel companies beforehand.

“We apologise for any possible inconvenience that might be caused and we hope for your support, understanding and patience on the 29th of March,” the announcement said.
