Threatening calls came from Limassol

The three threatening phone calls to AKEL deputy Irini Charalambidou came from Limassol, according to police.

Police established the location after examining phone data. Charalambidou reported to police that she had received three threatening calls from three different numbers. The threats were made not only against her personally but also members of her family.

Police have increased patrols near her home.
