Zakaki residents, you can stop CyTA

This is a message to the residents of Zakaki who are worried about the CyTA phone antenna.

A few years ago a friend of mine in Livadia had the same problem where a developer got paid to put a mast on top of their block of flats by a competitor of CyTA.

We proved it was an illegal installation because EU rules prevented any masts being erected within 300m of residential property.  We found this information online. I suggest the residents of Zakaki try the same route by checking online with the EU.

You could also put a complaint together providing  the information details from the EU to the Cyprus ombudsman. [email protected]
