Impatient hospital patient arrested and charged

A 50-year-old man was arrested in connection with a disturbing the peace, attacking police and resisting arrest at Paphos General Hospital on Tuesday night, the Cyprus News Agency reported.

According to authorities, the man was at the emergency room and became infuriated with the wait, and police were called.

He proceeded to attack the officer who tried to calm him down, police said The man was charged in writing and released to be summoned later.
