Let the sound of the Mediterranean take you

The Cyprus Symphony Orchestra continues its efforts to bring symphony performances to a wider audience with their latest series of performances under the name Musical Journey in the Mediterranean, in Nicosia on Thursday and in Paphos on Friday.

The orchestra will take its audience around the Mediterranean, stopping in Greece, Italy, Spain and Cyprus. Folk songs and works expressing the passion of the Mediterranean landscape will be led by conductor Alkis Baltas.

So get ready to head for the high seas and catch the enchanting musical waves of the majestic Mediterranean. And, as summer is just around the corner, take some beachy towels and flip-flops along, as the concert just might get you in the mood to head straight for the beach.
