Greece may learn from Cyprus’s political pragmatism and culture, Greek academic says

Five years after Greece resorted to a bailout, the country is still teetering on the edge of default, whereas Cyprus whose banks suffered heavy losses in the Greek debt restructuring in 2011 and was forced to sign a bailout agreement with creditors continuous to overachieve and is poised to return to international markets in the second half of the year. How come?
