Homeowner immobilises burglar

Two residents of Polis in Paphos immobilised a burglar in their home on Sunday morning, police said.

According to police the 63-year-old owner of house was woken up by noises around 4.30am and realised there was someone in his bedroom. He and his companion managed to immoblise the burglar and called the police.

The burglar was arrested and identified as a 37-year-old from Paphos.
