Whole and retail trade rises on vehicle sales, repairs

The index of wholesale and retail trade value, including vehicle repairs, rose 9.7 per cent in January to March compared to the respective period a year ago, the statistical service said.

In the first quarter of the year, the index of wholesale and retail trade value, excluding the sales of vehicles, fell 4.3 per cent compared to the first quarter of 2014, Cystat said on its website today.
