Dodgy tooth whitening paste recall

A tooth whitening paste imported from the Netherlands has been removed from the market as it contains Sodium Perborate, which meets EU criteria as toxic and can affect fertility and fetal development, the health services said.

According to RAPEX – the rapid alert system for dangerous food products of the European Commission – the product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation

The tooth whitening called Dentaworks Tooth Whitening System comes in a cardboard box with three soft mouth trays.
