The theft was reported by the shop assistant who allegedly saw the two women steal the items.

The shop’s alarm also went off during their exit.

Police said a search of their bags found a skirt and a shirt worth €284, as well as seven bottles of olive oil, two pairs of traditional footwear, and a dress of unknown value.

Moreover, police found the labels of the clothes as well as their security tags in the fitting rooms.
