Where do you live?
I live with my family in Athens, London and multiple cities in Cyprus –my job requires a lot of traveling!

Best childhood memory?
Experiencing my first premonition

Most frequented restaurant and absolute favourite dish? What food would you really turn your nose up to?
This Indian restaurant in London called ‘Mela’ would have to be a restaurant I frequently visit. My favourite dish would be fish and vegetables. My least favourite would be meat.

What did you have for breakfast?
Coffee and oatmeal

Would you class yourself as a day or night person? What’s your idea of the perfect night/day out?
I consider myself to be a morning person but overall I am satisfied with any time of day as long as it is productive and I am offering the best help and advice that I can give.

Best book ever read?
I don’t have a favourite book, although I do enjoy history and psychology-related books

Favourite film of all time?
American Beauty – it is a great film which allows you to study psychology from different perspectives

Favourite holiday destination? What’s your dream trip?
My favourite holiday destination would have to be Belgium; Brugge and Brussels are both great cities to visit with great architecture and allow you to experience a high quality of life.

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
ABBA has always been a classic favourite

What is always in your fridge?
Cheese, yoghurt and fruits

Dream house: rural retreat or urban dwelling? Where would it be, what would it be like?
My dream house would be on any Greek island, preferably by the sea. It would be tranquil and perfect for relaxation and meditation.

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
I would pick Sigmund Freud and discuss dreams, the conscious and subconscious parts of our minds and more.

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
Travel to the States.

What is your greatest fear?
The future of Greece.

How many psychologists does it take to change a light bulb?
One, but the light bulb must want to change.
