A minute with Vladimiros Tziortzis Formula 3 Racing Driver

Where do you live?
In Strovolos, Nicosia with my family

Best childhood memory?
When I won my first Mini Category championship in Cyprus in 2005

Most frequented restaurant and absolute favourite dish?
My favourite restaurant is Bennigans and favourite dish is Kilkenny’s Country Chicken Salad

What did you have for breakfast?
Cornflakes with chocolate

Would you class yourself as a day or night person? What’s your idea of the perfect night/day out?
I’m a night person, I believe. An ideal night out is by the beach. I like beach scenery and it relaxes me a lot.

Best book ever read?
I generally love aviation books, because I love airplanes, the technology, the different destinations, and the night lights of airport runways. Just magic!

Favourite film of all time?
Avatar because of the many good actors in it.

Favourite holiday destination? What’s your dream trip?
Skiathos of course. An amazing island to spend your summer holidays with a lot of sightseeing. The cuisine of this island is much different and tastier than of other islands. I also want to travel to Thailand, Abu Dhabi and the Maldives.

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
I listen to foreign songs, like Mr Probz’s Waves.

What is always in your fridge?
There are always fruit juices like apple or orange juice 🙂

Dream house: rural retreat or urban dwelling? Where would it be, what would it be like?
I picture it in the countryside surrounded by trees, where I would be able to plant various healthy and delicious fruits.

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
Ever since I was five years old, I wanted to meet Felipe Massa (my favourite Formula 1 driver). For me, he is one of the best Formula 1 drivers.

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
If it was on a Formula 1 weekend I would go watch the race. It’s my dream to be a Formula 1 driver and to put the Cyprus flag on the Formula 1 podium.

What is your greatest fear?
Big heights. I’m not afraid being in an airplane but if I’m in a place where I feel no safety I would be afraid.
