The new building on Demosthenis Severis Avenue is ready to welcome the organisation’s personnel and clients
The new, modern and multi-functional headquarters of PwC in Nicosia are ready to welcome the organisation’s staff and clients. Situated on Demostheni Severi Avenue, the building serves as the main hub for the operations of the organisation, housing most of its Nicosia employees.
Combining innovative technology and interior design, the building is designed in a way to support and promote team-work, collaboration and alternative methods of work in high level working conditions. For this reason, we have utilised the international experience of PwC applying ideas and best practices from offices of our network in various European countries like the United Kingdom.
Thanks to the interior design system, employees are able to choose different workplaces, depending on the need that arises. This is an international effective and efficient approach to managing space that allows organisations to contain their operating costs, reduce their carbon footprint and provide their employees with the flexibility they need.
In an effort to promote alternative methods of commuting to work, there is a special parking area for bicycles as well as other facilities for employees.
PwC CEO Evgenios C Evgeniou said: “Ensuring high quality services is a priority for PwC, a goal that is inextricably linked with offering a high level work environment for our people. Innovation, flexibility, choice and customised working spaces were the main aspects in the design of our new building. The more effectively we collaborate, the more efficiently we address the needs of our clients”.
