Bruce Lee’s daughter to speak at Limassol TEDx


SHANNON Lee, daughter of Bruce Lee and sister of Brandon Lee, is slated to be one of the speakers at the TEDx conference in Limassol on October 3.

According to TEDx organisers, as a child she lived in both California and Hong Kong until settling in the Los Angeles area in 1974.

Some of her acting credits include Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, WMAC Masters, High Voltage, Martial Law, Blade and Enter the Eagles. In addition to acting, Shannon is also a singer. She sang on and co-wrote the album, The Mechanical Forces of Love with Medicine and has sung in concerts in Hong Kong, China and the US with renowned Cantonese singer Sam Hui.

She runs Bruce Lee Enterprises (a global licensing company), and is the CEO of Leeway Media, a production company. She is also president of the board of the Bruce Lee Foundation and travels around the world speaking to schools and educational organisations.

Lee will be among 20 or so speakers and performers at the conference, which will take place at the Rialto Theatre.
