Success of Laiki’s €4bn complaint against Greece could satisfy depositors

Creditors of defunct Cyprus Popular Bank, also known as Laiki, hope to recover a significant part of the money they lost after administrator Chris Pavlou filed a complaint at the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, a spokesperson of the beneficiaries said.
