Limassol car bomb

A bomb explosion on Monday evening caused damage to a car belonging to a 35-year-old Limassol man, police said.

The blast, caused by an improvised device, happened at around 8.20 pm. The car was parked in a field behind the owner’s home at Kato Polemidia at the time.

The device had been placed in the front, between the windshield and the bonnet, causing substantial damage.
