TUS Air to acquire commercial licence soon (Updated)

TUS Airlines uses small aircraft

By Stelios Orphanides

Transport, Communications and Works Minister Marios Demetriades said that TUS Air has received an air operator certificate from the department of civil aviation and had applied for a commercial licence.

“We hope that they will soon get a licence,” Demetriades said in an interview to state-radio CyBC on Friday. “They will fly short distance routes, and they will fly to Greece, Israel and Lebanon. They will be flying with smaller aircraft”.
