Home prices drop 0.3% in Q3 amid stabilisation signs, central bank says

Home prices fell 0.3 per cent in the third quarter of 2015 compared with the previous quarter, when they fell 0.4 per cent, amid first signs of stabilisation, the Central Bank of Cyprus said.

In July to September, home prices fell an annual 3.7 per cent compared with a 5 per cent drop in the second quarter, the central bank said in a statement on its website on Wednesday.
