Kyprianou heads to Istanbul

AKEL leader Andros Kyprianou

AKEL’s general secretary Andros Kyprianou is expected to head to Turkey on Thursday via an Athens stopover.

Set to meet Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias on Thursday at 3pm, he will then depart to Istanbul the following day.

There, he is set to meet Turkish Foreign Minister Melvut Cavusoglu to discuss the Cyprus issue.

He will be accompanied by a party delegation comprised of Toumazol Tsielepis and Marina Savva.
