Nominal GDP grows 0.2% to €17.4bn, real growth seen at 1.6%, Cystat says

Cyprus’s nominal gross domestic product rose 0.2 per cent in 2015 to over €17.4bn after shrinking 3.7 per cent the year before, the statistical service said.

Last year’ real economic growth which takes inflation into account was 1.6 per cent, Cystat said in a statement on its website on Friday. In 2014, Cyprus’s economy shrank 2.5 per cent in real terms.
