Motorcyclist killed in road accident

A 28-year-old man from Akrotiri was killed on Sunday afternoon when his motorcyle went off the road on a road in Limassol, CyBC reported.

The accident happened at around 5pm when it appears the victim lost control of the vehicle, struck the kerb causing the bike to overturn. He was wearing a helmet but died at the scene, the report said.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
