Limassol bomb blast

A house owned by a 40-year-old in Mesa Yitonia in Limassol was damaged by a bomb explosion early on Friday morning, police said.

The high-explosive device had been placed on the front Veranda.

Police said the 4.35am blast damaged the exterior of the house and an aluminium door.

Police did not disclose the profession or identity of the owner.
