Call for volunteer teachers to help tutor needy kids

The Pancyprian Volunteerism Coordinative Council (PVCC) announced on Tuesday it was accepting expressions of interest from teachers who would like to donate some of their free time to tutor needy children.

It is also calling on directors of private tutoring schools to offer one or more places in their classes to students in need.

All those teachers or schools interested in offering their help for the new school year or those families that need assistance can express their interest at the PVCC, between May and September.
