It’s off to the Fork Food Market we go

Who can believe it has been a whole year since the Fork Food Market last set our nostrils alight with wonderful aromas and a longing for more?

Well it really has been that long, but not to worry, those burgers with their home-made sauces, those pulled-pork dishes, those Thai vegetarian wraps, those crunchy Churros, and that red velvet cake are all making a comeback at the Nicosia Municipal Gardens on Friday.

The organisers behind the street food event have had enough time to see what works and what is missing from the culinary affair. Although they are bringing back what we have a craving for, they are also spicing things up a bit with new Persian and Korean tastes, as well as new vegetarian stalls.

You know you will probably have to wait in line to be served, and to make the wait as short as possible at the burger stall – where most food lovers head – the organisers have arranged a second grill to be on the go.

As always, food will be served from 7pm until 11pm, but the bar will stay open until midnight.
