Ibrahimovic to sign for Man United

The Swede will link up again with his former Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford

Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is joining Premier League club Manchester United, he said on Twitter on Thursday.

“Time to let the world know my next destination is @Manutd,” the 34-year-old said.

Ibrahimovic had been widely expected to make the move to England after announcing he was leaving French side Paris St Germain.

United will be the eighth club in a career which began at Malmo in 1999 and has included spells at Ajax Amsterdam, Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona and AC Milan.

At Old Trafford he will play under new United manager Jose Mourinho.
