Baghdatis beaten by Troicki

Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis was beaten in three sets in China

Marcos Baghdatis is out of the Chengdu Open in China after a three-set defeat to Viktor Troicki in the last 16 on Thursday.

The Cypriot, currently ranked 36 in the world, lost the first set 6-3 but battled back against the Serb, levelling the match after winning the second set 6-4.

He was unable to maintain his form though as Troicki raced through the decider 6-2.
