Luxury cars stolen from importer

Police said on Monday they had received a report of three luxury cars and four sets of number plates stolen over the weekend from the garage of an importer in Larnaca avenue, Nicosia.

The manager of the company told police that between the hours of 4.25pm on Friday and 7.45am on Monday, two brand new unregistered Land Rovers were taken, one the Evoke model in black and the other a silver coloured Discovery. A black Range Rover with registration number MAZ650 was also taken, as were four sets of number plates reading MHA482, KTD984, KZP075 and KPE366.

The value of the vehicles is put at €120,000.
