Drunken man arrested for trespassing and disturbing the peace

A 48-year-old intoxicated man from Nicosia was arrested on Sunday morning after illegally entering a woman’s property in Zygi, causing a disturbance and refusing to leave.

According to police at around 01.30 this morning the woman reported that the man entered the courtyard of her house and despite being told to, would not leave.

Police went to the house and identified the man who they said was drunk and causing a ruckus. He was arrested.
