Car destroyed by fire

Limassol police received reports early Tuesday of a car on fire in an open field in Kato Polemidia.

The blazing vehicle, which was put out by the fire service, was  destroyed.

The police investigation determined it belonged to a 71-year-old man who had reported it stolen on May 9, 2016.

The cause of the fire is being looked into by Limassol CID.
