Small quake hits Larnaca area

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter scale was felt in Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia on Sunday night.

The earthquake, which had its epicentre 16 kilometres south of Larnaca and was located at a depth of 30 kilometres was recorded by the geological survey department at 9.46pm.

No injuries or major damages were reported.
