Milestone agreement between BookYourWeddingDay.com and tourism leader TUI UK

The Cyprus tourism industry is set to witness a substantial boost following the recent agreement between world tourism leader TUI UK, and BookYourWeddingDay.com; the Cypriot based innovative online platform for civil wedding bookings.

The three-year agreement between TUI UK and BookYourWeddingDay.com begins on 1st of March 2017. The notable cooperation will see the British travel group incorporate the BookYourWeddingDay.com platform as part of its booking system, reinforcing the wedding tourism towards wave in Cyprus and Greece, offering an improved, automated, and simplified booking process.

The improvement in question, offers a competitive advantage to both countries involved, as wedding bookings will now be processed immediately, avoiding bureaucratic procedures and inconvenient waiting periods that often proved to deter couples wishing to enjoy their wedding abroad. Not only will couples avoid delays, but they can now select their ideal venue for the special day at the click of a button.

In order to ensure the smooth launch of the booking process, Executive members of BookYourWeddingDay.com are currently in the UK, handling the training of TUI UK’s travel agents in Wales, where the Group’s Customer Support Centre is located.

Speaking of the recent agreement with TUI UK, the founder and CEO of the Book Your Wedding Day portal, Ms Maria Evripides states: “This cooperation is not only a milestone for the evolution of our platform, but also a significant vote of confidence testifying to the importance and strategic power of wedding tourism as a whole.”
