Foreign ministry issues travel advisory, urges Cypriots to call UK loved ones

So far, there are no reports of Cypriots or British Cypriots having been caught up in the terror attacks in London, the foreign ministry said on Sunday.
The High Commissioner of Cyprus to the UK is available to provide all possible assistance to nationals, it said in a statement.
“The foreign ministry is closely monitoring the situation and is in communication, through the High Commissioner with the UK authorities.
It appealed to Directed Cypriot citizens who are in London, or who plan to travel to the UK in the coming period to monitor the situation through the media.

High Commissioner Euripides  Evriviades tweeted: “No info of Cypriots affected in dastardly . Urging all citizens to contact loved ones to confirm that they are OK”
