Arrest for suspected theft 

A 51-year-old woman from Limassol was arrested on Saturday in connection with the alleged theft of €80,000 from a money transfer company she was a representative of.

After an audit, a deficit of €83,839 was found in the woman’s account with the company for the period between September 1, 2014 and May 27, 2017 and the case was reported to police by the company’s financial manager.
