Extended lifeguard hours at Limassol beach

Limassol Municipality announced on Monday that it has extended the working hours of lifeguards on Akti Olympion beach for the summer months.

For July and August, the municipality said, Akti Olympion beach will be supervised by lifeguards daily between 6am and 8pm.

The decision followed the demand of lifeguards to extend their working hours to ensure the safety of swimmers.
