Two homes burgled in Larnaca

Police are investigating two burglaries in the Larnaca area over the past few days.

A Larnaca resident reported on Tuesday that thieves had broken into her home between August 13 and 15 and taken €2,368 and two watches of unknown value.

Another person told police that between Monday and Tuesday a home in Oroklini had been burgled and three televisions, a portable computer, a hard disk, two watches and a gold cross were stolen.

The items have a total value of €1,000.

Police officers went to the residences, conducted investigations and seized several items as evidence.
