Fire destroys car in Limassol

A car was destroyed and another one damaged by a fire in the early morning hours of Friday in Yermasoyia, Limassol police said.

Police officers and firefighters were notified about the fire at around 4am.

A vehicle belonging to a 28-year-old man, which was parked in a private parking was destroyed before the fire could be extinguished. The car next to it, owned by a 33-year-old man, was damaged.

An investigation is under way to determine the cause of the blaze.
