A photograph of a police car being pulled out of the sea at Limassol port was doing the rounds on social media on Tuesday.

Apparently, an officer had parked the vehicle on Sunday at around 1pm near the water.

Under circumstances yet to be confirmed, the vehicle slid down towards the sea.

No one was harmed and a crane was called to scene to lift the car out of the water.
